We all hate history right? So I will just keep it really short, it was started in 1968 in New Jersey, USA, but I could not find anything on the history of the game in Malaysia, so that's all for the history part. hehe... And it is now the most popular flying disc game in world. In Malaysia, it is already a hit with the college students in Klang Valley, but here in Ipoh, it is relatively a new thing. There, in Klang Valley, it's so popular that now, there is a dedicated website for it, do check it out... Ok, without further ado, allow me to introduce the ULTIMATE FRISBEE, but I guess there’s no better way to introduce the game, than letting you guys and girls watch the video clip yourselves. But before watching them, do remember some of general facts about the game:

  • Objective of the game: to catch the frisbee (disc) in the end (goal) zone.
  • No body contact.
  • No running with the disc/ frisbee.
  • If the attacking team drops the disc, TURNOVER, the opponent team will take control of the disc and attack.
